Paul & Associates, Law Firm
117 Majorca Avenue, Suite 1-West
Coral Gables, FL 33134

Paul & Associates Law Firm was established in September 1994 by Attorney Yveline F. Paul, a graduate of Stetson University School of Law.

We have chosen to keep our firm small to ensure that personal attention is given to each and every client. We are not an immigration mill. We provide you with boutique legal services. Our clientele is based mostly on referrals from satisfied clients or returning clients. Our staff keeps informed and updated on all issues regarding your case. We maintain digital files which provide easy reference when you contact us about your case. We make it easy for all clients to speak to the attorney at all times, whenever possible, to allow information to flow directly from the attorney to you, the client. You can visit us at our office, via email, Skype and on Facebook.

Our office is centrally located in Coral Gables, with easy access from Miami Dade and Broward Counties. Contact us at (305) 248-6630 or (786) 536-4567 for an appointment.

Yveline Paul has been helping clients achieve their immigration goals since 1995. In her 17 years of experience, she has handled immigration matters in the United States and abroad in the Consulate process. She has successfully defended clients in removal (deportation) proceedings before Immigration Judges and represented clients before the Consular officers abroad.

If your goal is to obtain a visitor's visa, a student visa, a work visa, to become a permanent resident (green card or immigrant visa) in the United States, or to bring your family to the U.S., getting a licensed and experienced Immigration attorney to handle your immigration matters is the most important and critical decision in the process.

Immigration law is very complex. There are many different categories of visas, each with its own set of requirements and qualifications. While many immigration benefits are clear, the Immigration and Nationality Act and its regulations give the USCIS a lot of discretion on many of the cases. We understand the importance of satisfying all the requirements at the time we submit your application so as to avoid delays, rejections or denials, or worst, being red-flagged. Our experienced Immigration attorney at Paul and Associates Law Firm can make a significant difference in your application process.
