About Us

Paul & Associates Law Firm was established in September 1994 by Attorney Yveline F. Paul, a graduate of Stetson University School of Law.

We have chosen to keep our firm small to ensure that personal attention is given to each and every client. We are not an immigration mill.

Our clientele is based mostly on referrals from satisfied clients or returning clients. We do our best to keep you informed and updated on all issues regarding your case.

We make it easy for our clients to speak directly with the attorney at all times, whenever possible.

We are accessible to serve you anywhere in Miami, Homestead, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Labelle, Clewiston, Fort Myers, and Naples area. Contact us at  786 282 5019 for an appointment.

Consultations can be arranged either in person, by phone, by email or via Skype.

Since 1995, Yveline Paul has been helping clients achieve their immigration goals. Do you want to visit, live, work, study or do business in America? The first step is to decide which type of visas is best for your goals. Whether you are interested in a student visa, a work or business visa, a green card, a fiancé visa, Yveline Paul will guide you in the most important and critical decisions in the process and help to take the stress out of your life with the benefit of her 21 years of experience.

If you want to defend against deportation, Yveline Paul also has extensive experience to help you get through the Immigration Court process. She can help you get a bond and find the right defense against deportation.

Immigration law can be very complicated. Some benefits are clear, but many benefits depend on the discretion of the decision-maker. Yveline Paul’s experience can make a significant difference in your application process because she understands how to help you satisfy all the requirements and avoid delays, rejections, denials, or worst, being red-flagged.

If you’ve been arrested or charged with a crime, don’t do anything until you have talked with a lawyer. We can help you to get out of jail and determine the best defense to keep you from being convicted.

Yveline Paul also has extensive experience in family matters, from prenuptial agreements to divorce, child support, domestic violence and adoptions.
